Orchestrated a comprehensive rebrand for a legacy New Orleans-inspired bistro, evolving the visual narrative from a traditional eatery to a sophisticated, fine-dining destination. Developed a new visual system that honours a 30-year culinary heritage, balancing the vibrant energy of the Louisiana bayou with the refined minimalism of Northern California. Led the art direction across all brand touchpoints, ensuring a seamless translation of the new identity through environmental graphics, outdoor signage and menu design.
